About Coaching

If the journey has felt confusing and tricky to navigate lately,

you are not alone.

If you feel as though you are paddling in circles,

you are not alone.

If you desire someone else in the “water” while remaining

the expert of your voyage,

you are not alone.

If you resonate with any of these statements, you might consider coaching!

What is Coaching?

This term works in many contexts; however, for this one, it is the process of a professional coach coming alongside clients to ask engaging questions, brainstorm possibilities, and create action steps, while offering encouragement, accountability, and support.

Who is it for?

Anyone that…

is transitioning or sustaining.

If you are engaging with something new or are trying to make the most of a long season, the coaching process provides clarity and support.

Business leaders needing…

accountability and awareness for themselves or their teams, resulting in exponential personal and workplace growth.

Pastors who…

have more individuals or couples than they can meaningfully shepherd.

Referrals for relational, discipleship, or life coaching allow said congregants to feel equipped and encouraged in many ways, allowing the Pastor more capacity. Additionally, coaching is for pastors who desire personal refreshment or refocusing.

Dreamer’s hoping…

to find a way to make their desires more achievable.

Couples that will be…

getting married, having or adopting children, or needing refreshment for their relationship.

Utilizing the PREPARE/ENRICH

(an evidence-based assessment) with couples illuminates strengths and areas for further development.

These results, coupled with the coaching process, provide a clear path for deeper engagement and connectedness.

“My fiancee and I had a great time with Kristen in our coaching sessions. We left each session excited about growing our relationship and practicing the things we'd learned and discussed. We always felt heard and validated by Kristen. She was an exceptionally calming presence during a stressful time. Kristen was very encouraging and considerate. We've learned many great skills to help us be successful in our upcoming marriage. Especially in helping us figure out action steps to meet our goals.”
